Havas Media North America Names Debi Kleiman to Role of Executive Vice President, Managing Director of Boston Office
Havas Media North America today announces the appointment of Debi Kleiman to the role of Executive Vice President, Managing Director, to lead Havas Media’s Boston office. In this role, Debi will oversee client and partner relationships, with a focus on growing the agency and serve as Havas Media’s lead to the Boston advertising and technology community. The Havas Media Boston office employs 155 media professionals servicing clients including - Fidelity Investments, Choice Hotels, Acushnet, McDonald’s, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, AutoZone, Goodyear/Dunlop, and Tyson, among others. Debi will report to Lori Hiltz, Havas Media North America’s CEO.
Debi joins Havas Media from the Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange (MITX), where she served as President for the last three years, managing the 7,500-member marketing and tech industry association, all operational aspects, and that organization’s Board of the Directors. Immediately following the transition, she will be named to the MITX Board. Prior to MITX, Debi was the Vice President, Product Marketing & Sales Operations, Company Officer, of Communispace, a division of Omnicom DAS. She is highly respected in the Boston community as an innovator and leader, known for her successful execution of thought leadership events, awards programs and start-up community involvement. She has brought MITX to the national stage with FutureM, MITX’s signature annual conference focused on the Future of Marketing. A Harvard Business School graduate, she has been named to the VentureFizz’s 25 Most Influential Women in the Boston Tech and Innovation Community, and is regularly quoted in respected local and national publications.
